I have a beautiful spacious 5 1/2 (2-bedroom). I am female. Non-smoking. 30 year old. Quiet, liking a quiet space. No parties.

I have 3 super friendly cats so i am looking for someone who isn't allergic to cats and actually quite enjoys their company :)

YOUR ROOM comes with a comfy double bed (and linen), wi-fi Internet access, table and chair, desk and drawers, large closet.

The apartment is on a quiet street. Less than five minutes walk from Papineau metro station.

There is a grocery store less than five minutes away.

Parking available on the street (no need for special permits).

$475 for the month. All included: heat, water, internet, electricity, rent, insurance, laundry facilities in the apartment!

You'll also have access to a full kitchen and bathroom with nice water pressure!
