Hi, My name is Jon and I live in a massive apartment in the Concordia District of Downtown Montreal. First things first, I'm a student who also runs the building in his spare time so I have numerous rooms that are coming available immediately. I currently have two rooms available for $575 and $625 per month. They are quite large and tastefully furnished. Steps to Concordia University (five minute walk), grocery shopping, movie theatres, restaurants, and bars, these are really great apartments and rooms in a cozy neighborhood. It really is an ideal place to live. The apartment has all the amenities that one could want as soon as you walk in... cable, high-speed wireless internet, and all utilities (electricity, heat/hydro, municipal taxes, etc.) are included in the price. This also includes a large flat screen TV (42" to 50" LCD), all furniture (new or almost new Ikea furniture), linens, and curtains. All you have to do is move your bags in!!! The rental periods are also flexible, with a four month stay usually being the minimum. Oh yeah! The apartments are also quite clean.

About me: Responsible, easy-going, and ambitious by nature, I'm a fun-loving guy. While sociable, I still enjoy my own personal space and respect the space of others (theres lots of space in these apartments).

What to expect in your roommates: Mostly international students (usually Europeans, South Americans, Aussies, and Canadians from afar) and young professionals on work programs, this is a multi-cultural and friendly building. The average age of people living here is 25 and everyone gets along well (looking for people 18-35). English is the common language used in the building and everyone speaks it well. I guess most people in the building are reflections of what I'm looking for in a roommie or tenant. They are responsible and fun... Respectful and sociable... If you want to know more just ask!

What I' m looking for: Someone who is responsible but also likes to let loose once in a while. Someone respectful, easy-going, not prone to inter-apartment drama and comfortable living with other people. These include the obvious: not being loud at inappropriate hours, cleaning all messes that you make in communal areas, etc.
