The rent is 825$/month which includes heating and hot water, as well as a dishwasher. There is a laundry room in the building. The building itself is close to all ammenities, there is a 24h grocery store, 24h pharmacie, 5min walk , as well as subway or direct busses to Guy-Concordia and downtown.
I have been in the apartment for a little over a month, however i am moving to the west coast, and would like someone to take over the lease.

The present lease ends on June 30th, so it would be a 6 month lease.
I would be willing to leave some furniture behind if u need it, i have a queen bed, two sofas and a brand new ikea desk, as well as a few lamps and such...
