I am looking for a temporary roommate for one month only: January 2009.
I have a beautiful spacious 5 1/2 (2-bedroom). I am female. Non-smoking. 30 year old. Quiet, liking a quiet space. No parties. Artist.
I have 3 super friendly cats so i am looking for someone who isn't allergic to cats and actually quite enjoys their company :)
YOUR ROOM comes with a comfy double bed (and linen), wi-fi Internet access, table and chair, desk and drawers, large closet.
The apartment is on a quiet street. Less than five minutes walk from Papineau metro station. Great location! Close to everything. You can walk to the Plateau or downtown and you'll be where it's at in less than 15 minutes without the noise of busy downtown streets :)
There is a grocery store less than five minutes away.
Parking available on the street (no need for special permits).
$475 for the month. All included: heat, water, internet, electricity, rent, insurance, laundry facilities in the apartment!
You'll also have access to a full kitchen and bathroom with nice water pressure!
I am looking for: non-smoking person, open-minded, clean but not with OCD ;), who likes cats. Someone who has no furniture as the room (and the rest of the apartment) is fully furnished. Ideally someone relocating to Montreal or who needs a place for one month only :)
