Description of the position
Roles & Responsibilities
Working with leading edge employees the candidate will:
• Configure and maintain VoIP system.
• Configure and maintain network equipments.
• Equipment reception and evaluation.
• Inventory management.
• RMA process for clients and internally.
• Assistance of client site work execution.
• Client technical support.
• Maintain documentation.
Qualifications
General criteria
• Bachelor’s studies in computer engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluently bilingual in both French and English.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in both French and
English.
• Knowledge of Brazilian Portuguese is an asset.
• Experience in Customer Service is an asset.
• Ability to work in the US is an asset.
Technical expertise
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of Cisco Network equipments.
• Knowledge of VoIP is an asset.
